Answer: Yes. For the finished customized jewelry, a quality appraisal certificate will be supervised and issued by the National Gems & Jewelry Management Centre of Ministry of Land and Resources or the State Quality Supervision and Inspection Centre .
2. If the finished jewelry is not satisfactory and needs to be revised, will the revision be free of charge?
Answer: If you have any question about the received customized jewelry, please inform the customer service staff, and we will revise it for you free of charge.
3. What matters should be paid attention to when accepting the jewelry?
Answer: Please check the style of your custom jewelry, the appraisal certificate of the jewelry, to see whether they are matched.
4. How long will it be from order to receipt of the custom jewelry?
Answer: It depends on the specific condition, and the total required time is made up of design communication time + producing time + shipping time, in which the design communication time might be longer or shorter according to different requirement from the customer, the producing time is based on the complexity of the jewelry producing technique, around 15 to 20 days, and the shipping time is determined by the delivery distance. And during the course, the designer and the customer service staff will communicate with you, and determine the specific time according to your actual requirement, so that it will never miss any important date.
5. How can I revise the design?
Answer: During the course of design, the designers will communicate with you, and you can put forward whatever you think of about the revision, and then, the designer will give you professional advice according to your ideas, and modify the program best to your heart. But you must notice that when the final draft is put into production process, the program pattern can not be changed any longer.

7.How is the deposit of the custom jewelry calculated?
Answer: The custom jewelry deposit is made up of two parts: one is the deposit to start the design, minimum 5% of your budget, the other is the production deposit, which the service provider usually charge around 25% of the actual production fee. Currently, I-JAN doesn’t charge customers the part of prepaid production fee, and ensure you of zero risk, so you can come to the production process without paying the production deposit.
8. Why do I need to pay the design-starting deposit?
Answer: To ensure that both the customer and I-JAN have good faith in this program, I-JAN determines to charge a small deposit, for the designers need to do much more work than that the deposit represents.
9. Can you introduce the design team?
Answer: The designers come from China mainland, Taiwan, France, Italy, etc. Various styles, both the traditional and trendy are included, and based on the one-to-one principle, the customer can put forward whatever they want, and the designer will provide the professional device on the design, so that the final work will be the real fine custom jewelry.

13. Is it expensive to make custom jewelry at I-JAN?
Answer: Usually the custom jewelry is cheaper than those in the shopping malls. But for the silver jewelry, although the material is cheaper, the design and producing process are the same with the other custom jewelries, so the cost of design and production occupies more in its full cost.

Answer: When you wear a ring, you want the finger to feel comfortable. However, if you don’t pay much attention to the
size of the finger to the ring, it turns out that your finger will feel either too tight or loose. And the following is the
table that indicates the size contrast of the finger and the ring. When you buy a ring, and if you don’t know the size of
your finger, you can use some soft string to measure, and then check the contrast table, to make a decision.
Tips: In summer, it is better that you feel a little tight when you try a ring, and in winter, it is better that you feel a
little loose and can move the ring a little along your finger without falling off. When you feel that the ring is too loose,
you can wind some silk thread along the ring; or if you feel the ring a little tight, you can wipe some soap water, and the
